This motor effectively addresses the issue of gear breakage, utilizing a simple yet practical process that has already been adopted and implemented by many domestic manufacturers. However, a new challenge has emerged: as is well known, the noise from injection-molded gear engagement is significantly higher than that from machined plastic gears, which is the primary reason existing technologies predominantly use machined plastic gears. Customers, particularly those in Europe, cannot accept this noise level. To tackle this issue, extensive research has been conducted over the years, resulting in a solution that reduces noise from injection-molded gears to over 5 decibels lower than machined gears. At a distance of 50 millimeters, the noise level is approximately 50 decibels, comparable to that of a typical office environment, allowing it to be classified as a low-noise motor.
